.WHAT IS IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOUSE IN SAN FRANCISCO

Just sold for $35MM to Yahoo! CEO (former long-time executive and key spokesperson for Google) and her husband, a venture capitalist, the 1922 Tudor-style house is on “Billionaires Row,” in Pacific Heights, with neighbors including Oracle founder Larry Ellison, Zynga founder March Pincus and oil tycoon Gordon Getty.  The area is home to the technology industry.

Note the handcrafted mill work and hardwood floors.  There are leaded glass windows and heavy duty moldings.  There are spectacular views of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.  Within the 11,000 sq ft four story house are 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.

Outside is a heated swimming pool.

The living room is “ballroom sized.”  There are 5 fireplaces

2 kitchens, a 4-car garage, wine cellar, elevator and fabulous views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Dining room has a wall covered with purple and gold marquees that they had made for the tabletops at their wedding, with words such as peppermint, colors, Paris and Etro, some of their favorite “things.”
The baby grand piano is computerized.  Note the 3-ft bronze frog outside and a few Jeff Koons balloon dogs can be found in the kitchen.  The wine cellar can hold 3000+ bottles.  There is a second kitchen on the lower floor.  An office includes a massage room.  There are two rooms for staff.

“Over the top,” with a cozy, comfortable feeling.
